Debit Card with USA bin number and billing address for Mint Mobile Account e-sim

Hello All

I am trying to get a USA mobile number preferably with an e-sim

Mint Mobile will email me an e-sim if I have a USA debit card with a USA billing address.

The number will be used for receiving text messages from Google and needs to work in the UK and Spain.

I have no ties to the US and have proofs of address in the UK and Spain

Where is the best place to get a USA debit card?

@alfa get a VCC with customized Shipping Address..whats pertinent is The BIN specification...Most MCs based BIN would do just Fine.
