Darks Utility bill Cyprus

In the case i have to get a Dark utility bill as proof of address in cyprus, should i go for the official ones "Electricity Authority of Cyprus (EAC)" & "Cyprus Water Development Department" or Emis & payment gateway don't care at all?

If they don't care could i simply use a utility bill from UK written in english?

They don't care at all, usually you get one from the electricity firm there and it works, even for real bank account opening.

You can get this in English and send to the EMI's they will accept it.

by "usually you get one from the electricity firm there" you mean UK electricity bill?
And regarding the passport, should i go for a dark Cyprus passport or any other dark EU passport will be enough?
