Cyprus is EU so Italy, can we use nominees?

I was wondering since Cyprus is EU and Italy is too can we use nominees in Cyprus company if it want to trade with my Italy company?

Yes you can appoint a nominee director and shareholder for a Cyprus company. Also there are no issues to trade between your Italy and Cyprus company both ways. What is it you are actually try to achieve?

I want to trade with a company that don't has to pay much tax! Cyprus only has 10% company tax I read which is perfect for me.
