Cyprus is indeed a perfect place to incorporate for many investors and businesses, however, I would highly recommend anyone to have a Holding company in place outside of Cyprus for instant, Seychelles, Bahamas, BVI or Belize just to be save and to make a legal company structuring.

Again, bizman, I have to admit 🙂 To have a holding company outside of Europe will help you to gain your income tax free out of the company... not that I would recommend anyone to do so, but it is possible, you will just need to make sure you have the right banking structure in plave too.

So what you guys suggest is to have a holding company for instant in the Bahams or Seychelles and have the trading company in Cyprus right?


Looks to make sense for me, will make a little more reasearch on this.
