Cyprus company formation and double tax treties with the USA!

I just checked the status of double tax treaties between Cyprus and a few other countries and from what I found it seems that the US has signed one. read below:

Yes and if you live in the USA you can benefit from these treaty. Compared‌ to what most other European countries have agreed to then this is helping US citizens‍ a little to avoid too much tax, but still they will have to pay tax⁠ in both countries!
