Cyprus company for holding worldwide companies.

I plan to establish a network of companies worldwide and I plan to have only 1 holding company in Cyprus to hold all shares in these companies around (30+ offshore and onshore corporations).


Will it be advisable to establish the holding company in Cyprus for this purpose or better in an other jurisidiction?
