Cyprus company for holding worldwide companies.

I plan to establish a network of companies worldwide and I plan to have only 1 holding company in Cyprus to hold all shares in these companies around (30+ offshore and onshore corporations).


Will it be advisable to establish the holding company in Cyprus for this purpose or better in an other jurisidiction?

Well, main goals are to protect my assets and properties! Will Cyprus provide sufficient protection? What alternatives or additional services would be required for maximal protection?
