I need to know how to register a Cyprus company to avoid to file tax each year and maintain accounting?

Evene if the Cyprus company is considered to be offshore you still need to file‌ tax and maintain books (accounting) you simply just don't need to pay any tax in‍ Cyprus.

So if the annual turnover is high enough you will have enormous benefits from⁠ a Cyprus company even with the additional costs for the above.
