Cyprus company annual fiscal report is it public?

Need to know if the annual fiscal report is public available and if so where can I download it for a certain company?

Yes the annual report for Cyprus companies are public available, you may request them directly from the company registrar in Cyprus. You can't download them electronically anywhere as you may know it from many other countries.
