I have been told that regardless the status of a Cyprus company it has to file tax and maintain accounting!!

How do I accomplish this, where can I find guidelines to help me accomplish this to according laws?

That's great to know. Can you tell if you will take care of any aspect of these two issues? I mean we need a hand off solution for accounting and filing of tax in Cyprus.

That's good news, so we don't have to worry about accounting, vat submission and filing tax for our company in Cyprus... good.

I guarantee you don't need to worry about that... cclogic will do the work for you as they did for me and my business partners, smooth and hassle free job is done her:thumbsUp:
