Can we open an Cyprus bank account without a license? We will apply for a license in Cyprus or BVI not sure yet but to safe time we would like to open a bank account already now with Laiki Marfin bank?

You need to have the license in order to open any bank account for Forex Trading! No bank will open the account before you at least have signed a contract to obtain a forex license with a qualified Agent / company!

I think you need any government issued ID proof for opening a bank account, either it could be license or a passport.
i think you cant.. Some governement issued id card is required as an id proof in all bank accounts. That is other thing if you want to open with fake license
