Here's how i complain to customer support and always get what i want:

- type in ALL CAPS LIKE A BOOMER
- DDoS them with neurotic accusatory questions
- copy paste the relevant complaints dot gov link on the email without context
- CC their boss (scraped email) but make a typo on the address just to induce PTSD on the support wagie
- follow up with an ominous "?" every day until they reply

In case this happens, I ask for account suspension especially for EU (GDPR).
Also it's a provocative way to reply, I see most of services ask for confirmation before they cancel the account.
