crypto bank with credit card with high atm limit to cash out

Hi, i finding bank or crypto wallet where i can directly cash out btc with visa or mastercard in ATM with high limit 2000€ + daily.
I need this because in my country is taxes for crypo crazy almost 40% .
If i exchange btc and send this money to local bank, montly more than 2000€ will be report to tax authorities.

I think you can do that with a good card of crypto.com
But would cost‌ you 2% to withdraw more than the free commission card limit.
Probably better than the‍ fees of bitcoin ATMs
