Credit card for Delaware LLC

Amigos,

A friend of mine has setup an LLC in Delaware and there is a pressing matter about receiving payments. (I am hoping to be part of his LLC soon, so trying to help him out. 🙂)

His LLC does not have bank account or EIN yet. He is a European and not residing in US (he is in African continent this week).

Is there any credit card or payment processor, where he can sign up using his Delaware LLC? In other words, when he signs up with a credit card company or with payment processor, he wants to provide his Delaware LLC details only. Is this possible to do remotely? His LLC is legitimate and he intends to use it for legitimate biz only.

Any suggestions or tips would be appreciated.

Every processor will ask for UBO's details. So it's almost impossible to pass with his company details only. If his business is low risk he can apply with 2checkout, with stripe there will be problems because they ask for US employees and US physical bank account.

@VBMP Thanks. I will ask my friend if he has US employees (I guess not) and about US bank account. I do know his business is low risk, i.e. not shady or illegal biz.
do you know whether 2checkout requires UBO details or company details only are accepted?
