Have house under construction in my home country.
Want to do the 60 day Cyrpus rule pay the 12.5% corporate tax, rent a house and be only 60 days in cyprus and the rest of the year traveling around nowwherer staying more than 183 days. No other ties to any country other that the house in construction.
Never declared to the home country that i left it. Though had gotten a Maltese tax number if it does any help.
Are there any risks? Will a country try to tax my dividends, capital gains and etc? Will I be Cyprus tax resident anywhere I go?
