Did anybody encountered a situation when Articles of Incorporation were submited with an error, then authorized official filed amendment but correction should have been done at the first place?
Can correction be filed with retroactive effect - as annual report is not yet due for submitting? Do we need to take other legal action?
Entity is a US corporation formed in California. Figured out once acquisition was in progress 🙄
