So where do you want the offshore company to be located (country), it is most often not a problem to open the account with Laiki Marfin bank in Cyprus if the business is straight forward and legit!
Since you have an account with FBME then there may not be any problems to open an account with any of the many other banks in Cyprus, FBME is one of them ost strict banks available with a very complicated application process.
