how many offshore banks around the world are not complying with fatca or the canadian revenue agency? would it be a very small percentage or not? or would it be a lot more banks than we think? can anyone give me a perspective on this one? would it be fair to assume that most offshore banks are complying and the ones that arent would have to be a very small percentage? anyone? rsvp
