What is the cheapest option to create a company in Marshall Islands?

Look into CPAs in Hong Kong. They usually have the best deals on company formations‌ in Marshall Islands (and Samoa). And as an added bonus, you're dealing with a company‍ that's at least somewhat regulated/supervised as opposed to most typical run of the mill resellers.⁠
