I'm looking to incorporate an e-commerce company and am deciding between setting up in the UAE (Free Zone) or Estonia using the E-residency system. I would like to know which location is easier for a non-resident to incorporate and manage the company, especially considering:

  • Ease of setting up a company as a non-resident of UAE in case its UAE
  • Tax implications (corporate tax, dividend tax, etc.) - need an local accountent
  • Ability to open a business bank account without UAE residency (in case UAE) or Estonia's e-residency (maybe EMI or street bank)
Additionally, if anyone can recommend a reliable professional or service that can assist with incorporation in either of these countries, I'd greatly appreciate the contact info.

Thanks in advance for your advice and recommendations!

Can you help in this matter @Don ?

In UAE, 99% of businesses are set up as residents, banking is quite impossible as shell company owned by non-resident.

Estonian companies are commonly used as shell companies with EMI-s. It would be useful to know the person's citizenship / residence, as this could influence whether it's doable.
