Company Formation + Bank Account Jurisdiction for Zero to Low tax onshore/offshore ?

Hi Friends,

I am new here , I am a forex trader , I am looking for a company setup with a bank account . can somebody suggest a jurisdiction where one can set up such a company and pay low tax or zero tax. i am open to on shore company with bank account with low tax. I am currently residing in india.

Solution needed : company + a decent bank account to accept and send usd/gbp/euro.
