Company formation and bank account

Hello,

iam from a small country in south America called suriname. I want to start my online business but don't know where to register. with the bureaucracy and fraud happening in my country its not wise but also difficult to start a company here.

could anyone give me advise about setting up a company and business bank account remotely?

Any advice or suggestions would be appreciated.

You could setup a company in Wyoming or Delaware, it's fast, you can do it‌ online and since you are an American you won't have troubles to open a bank‍ account in the states for your company.

Alternative banking would be TransferWise which support Delaware⁠ and Wyoming.

Don't know much about Suriname but since it's a country whose legal system is also‌ based on Dutch law, maybe Curaçao is interesting.

It mostly depends on what type of‍ business you're starting, how big it will be, and future plans.
