I am looking to set up a corporate structure + banking for a poker-related business. We will be offering coaching services in return for the profits of our players. Our players will play on licensed poker sites and we will receive payment in crypto. We will likely bill players a flexible rate instead of taking a % of their profits in order to get an easier entry into banking/corp system.
Ultimately, we would like to receive the crypto in a business account with Kraken or Binance, trade it for FIAT at the end of each month, and withdraw it to our corporate account.
I was wondering if any of you could suggest lawyers, countries, and banks that are friendly towards our setup and can help with implementation. Obviously also looking to make this as tax efficient as possible.
