My name is Genov and I'm from Bulgaria.

I'm a professional accountant and I have a small online business.

I'm very worried, because here in Bulgaria, it is almost impossible to do normal business no matter online or offline. Our National Revenue Agency and Government simple abuse their own laws and regulations.

Here we have "laveco", but they are complete joke. A good friend of mine gave them a try and overall they share your information with the government.

So what will be the best alternative/solution for me?

What if you combine Seychelles Ibc + Cypros Bank Account?

1) How much it will cost me in total?

2) How should I pay to you for you service? (note that here they monitor our bank system and i prefer the transfer to be stealth).

3) Could i receive all documents in person or I don't know, as far as I'm aware here they monitor DHL and UPS too.

I consider myself as an intelligent person and my online bussines is young, but profitable. But I'm afraid for me and my family, because in Bulgaria the government is so corrupted that they'll to everything to put their hands over your business (especially if it is profitable).

Hope that you can help me somehow.

CCLOGIC Agent response:

Thank you for your interest in our services and the formation of a Seychelles company.

From what I read it seems not to be very complicated, we accept payments by PayPal (if client pays the PP fee of 5,5%) and Skrill or bank transfer, so that's not an issue I believe.

If you incorporate a Seychelles company then only we know who the beneficial owner of this company is, you scanned copy of documents will never be send anywhere and kept in our office in Cyprus, the same goes for the opening of a Cyprus bank account for this Seychelles company there are strict laws in Cyprus not to share any beneficial owner information also by the banks, and it requires 2 court orders to get them which are very difficult to obtain, 1 in the Seychelles and 1 in Cyprus, so far it has not been possible to obtain unless in huge cases where millions have been involved.

A solution like the suggest costs EUR 1550 including all documents send to you by e-mail / SCAN and courier if you want that. You are welcome to collect the documents in our office in Cyprus if you want that, the same goes for debit card and banking documents, or you can get the documents send to anywhere you want outside of Bulgaria.
