- Company registration services within Cyprus or the UK. Please suggest other countries if suitable.
- Virtual office with fax and call answering and/or forwarding facilities.
- Physical address with mail forwarding facility.
- Freight forwarding services if the goods will have to be delivered with a bill of lading from the registered country.
- Rules to employ sales specialist/s to cater to the EU market.
We would like to know the costs associated with these services and what additional services can be provided by your team.

The questions I need to create a comparison chart between the UK and Cyprus on are:
- VAT rates? Is this applicable only for sales made in the same country? Is Vat applicable for sales outside the EU?
- For sales made overseas, what are the payable taxes in the UK and Cyprus?
- As this is an offshore company, all trading will take place through our offices in Dubai. What taxes will have to be paid in Cyprus and UK?
- The EU registered company will be registered as a “head office” and a “branch office” will be set up with employees in Dubai. We intend to use the Dubai office as our primary base.
- Is there a minimum invoicing that will have to be made for the UK or Cyprus office? If yes, how much? Else, all invoicing and sales efforts will happen from the Dubai office.
- Any reoccurring costs for renewals in UK & Cyprus.
- Total costs for registration for both countries.
- How many days would it take to register and have all the paperwork done ”“ Cyprus & UK?
