clickbank and offshore corp, someone know what is best?

I'm helping a good friend of mine to start a clickbank business, he already know lots about setup websites, seo and that kind of stuff. The last evening we discussed how helpful it would be to setup the entire business in an offshore corp and if there will be any issues with the tax, clickbank and bank account's opened in offshore jurisdictions like Mauritius or Cyprus.


Do you know or can pin point some issue this rise by doing so?

Clickbank works with Cyprus as far as I know and have seen from reading around.‌

I rised a click bank support ticket to ask them if they transfer money to‌ Cyprus accounts. The first answer I got was yes, no problem.. I asked if they‍ are sure because Iread on forums that they don't-
