Cheap offshore company with hidden owners

Hello there,
I have some companies registered in United Kingdom but now TAX institution in our country (eu) wants see all about companies owners and directors. I have 3 months to move there companies to another owner. Now I just looking for cheap and fast offshore country where I can register company with hidden owner and directors.
I would like change owners of these UK companies to this "hiden" offshore company.

I looking for Belize or Seychelles but need find cheaper variant.
