Cheap hosting versus reliable hosting

In a perfect world, we'd have cheap and reliable hosting services where there is virtually no down time. But since we don't what do you go for?

I would go for reliable one just because its reliabilities of a site that matters the most. Hosting on a cheap but unreliable server is just waste of time and money.

Cheap hosting though seems to be a more attractive one but in real it would only bring you headaches. There are a lot of problems that I faced when using a cheap hosting system.It is better to go for sensible ones rather than the unreliable cheap ones.
