CHANGE OWNERSHIP LLC DELAWARE

Hello !!

I need to change the ownership for an LLC from Delaware, when the company was created we have not required to mentioned the member on the certificate is it enough change the name on the operating agreement right ? We need to ask the EIN for the first time we will do it with the new single member. The LLC has a single member.

All you have to do is update the Operating Agreement. Nothing has to be done‌ public-facing.
