What is required to make a change of ownership for a Seychelles company?
You will need to provide a copy of a passport and a utility bill or credit card / bank statement for each of the new owners of the company. If you fail to do so the bank will close the account sooner or later.
To execute a change of ownership for a Seychelles company it only requires the data of the new owner and the already above mentioned documents. There is a application that need to be completed as well, but it is simply just signing and returning it.
Finally, the original shareholder certificate needs to be returned to the Company Service Provider before a new shareholder certificate can be issued.
