If you wonder what a certificate of good standing and / or a certificate of incumbency look like, then have a look at below. This is for an offshore company but may look similar to any other of these certificates for an onshore jurisdiction. The sentence is at least the same I can see from my UK and Spain corps.

Yeah both looks similar to them you get in the BVI, Belize, Cyprus and Seychelles‌ and a few other countries / offshore jurisdictions.

Thank you for confirming admin.. I compared both certificates with my currents and they are‌ similar.

If it is a Belize company you own then the certificate should indeed look the‌ same!

Which one?‌ Certificate of Good standing is most often requested by the banks if the company is‍ more than 1 year old, the same goes for the cert. of incumbency!

All banks‌ and business partners so credit card processors will request these 2 documents once the company‍ is more than 1 year old.
