as far as offshore banking goes, would there be anyone who is similar to goldmansachs? lets say that someone wanted to put 50 million dollars in a cd and live off of that for the rest of their life, would any offshore banks offer services similar to goldmansachs? would offshore banking services offer a cd service where someone could deposit this amount and use that as retirement money? would such services be available from offshore banking or their affiliates? would anyone care to tell me please. thank you.
