Cashing out or paying with an Armenian Visa or Gibraltar visa in Spain

I was wodering what happen if I have Ewallets outside my EU country that give me prepaid card and I use into my EU contry. It's reportable? Cashing out in a cashier? Paying por supermarket or similar?
