Hi everyone,

I am running a software business with a company incorporated in Nevis and bank account in Cayman Islands. Until now I have been receiving payment via wire transfer (which has worked fine as I've been working on large contracts only), but I am launching a new product that will require accepting credit card payments from individual customers and I am at a loss for which options I have considering my situation. I am based in Hong Kong and do not have any office or physical presence in either Nevis or Cayman. I do not want to utilise a Hong Kong incorporated company or bank account as then I would be subject to 16% taxation (where as currently my earnings with the Nevis company are tax free due to Hong Kong's territorial taxation system). I am not selling anything illegal or high risk, it is simply computer software and I have this offshore structure mainly for taxation reasons.

Can anyone suggest a payment gateway that would allow me to charge customers and pay directly into my Cayman bank account? Or am I going to need to re-structure and establish a new company/bank account in another jurisdiction? Any information would be greatly appreciated.
