Good day beautiful people!

We are 3 Co founder. Canadian citizen. Like most, we are‌ trying to give ONLY what's needed to these dysfunctional administrations called governments. Like you can‍ find in the diagram below we are selling a services trough sales representative in various countries. We are in the Film/video production industry. (Unfortunately NOT P**N! 😉) The Post production⁤ is done in house here in Canada. Any ideas is welcome and we are not⁣ yet structure so its all fluid.
Limited partnership (LPs) in here in Canada do not⁢ have to produce income tax report as everything is done through the General partners (usually︀ a Inc.) and the profits/losses are wind up to the Special Partners. If one of︁ the Special partners is say a C corp based in Delaware it looks like an︂ interesting loophole. I know that some countries also have special tax treatment of Film/videos endeavor.︃ Maybe its interesting to add another SP say an Ireland based as an example?
Our challenges:
  • Reps are employees and they will most likely be citizen of their respective countries.︄ Do we need to have subsidiaries in each countries?
  • What could be the most efficient︅ way to structure it if we do need a subsidiaries in each countries?
  • Access to︆ US VCs is paramount and I am under the impression that structuring it with Canadian/US︇ company is more (business as usual) if can say? More ESG compliant ( I know︈ it's horseshit but still 😉 some do care about that.

Thanks in advance,

Cheers,
Jon

Don't be shy to tell me that my questions don't make sense! 😉 I'm meeting with‌ the tax lawyers in 2 weeks and I'd like to do some ground work Also,‍ without over generalizing, my experience is that tax lawyers seems to be more creative than accountants. Am I mistaking?

Cheers,

Jon
