Can we use Panama Foundation to register Cyprus or Seychelles company.

I was wondering if we can use a Panama foundation (to protect my privacy even more) to incorporate and register a Cyprus or Seychelles company?


What I heard is that it will add an additiona llayer of privacy and anonymity.

Nothing will stop you from doing so.... would not be the first time that this has happened.


Actually it is a good approach to take for an additional layer of privacy for your overall offshore company setup. It could also be a Seychelles or any other offshore foundation.

A Panama foundation will offer you a great level of privacy and if they should have troubles to open a Cyprus bank account for your entity then look in Malta and the UK for banking.

If the Panama Foundation is duly formed there will be no issues to open a bank account in Cyprus for the entity.
