Hi I need to know if it can be done to Offshore Company with offshore account (bank) in Cyprus and open moneybookers account with Mastercard credit card?
Can it be done, Offshore company, bank in Cyprus and Moneybookers account?

Yes that can be done, it is not a Mastercard Credit Card but a Debit Card as far as I know. Actually many report that they use a Seychelles or Cyprus company with Moneybookers, while some say that MB will shut down the account with a Seychelles corp. best would be to contact MB directly.

Please check Moneybookers website, it looks like everyone holding an account with Moneybookers can apply for their Master Card which is a debit card and not a credit card!
