Whay would be the best offshore company to register when I need to buy some sort of property, boat or stocks? Can I register a company in any offshore jurisdiction and use this vehicle to do so? What restrictions are there? Are the other jurisdictions that are better than the other?

You can buy property etc. with any offshore company that you register. The question may‌ be if the person or company you buy from has any restrictions to the jurisdiction‍ where the company is located. For instant in Turkey they will only accept companies from Turkey to buy property as far as I remember (correct me if I'm wrong) and⁤ in most part of Europe you will need to have some European company to buy⁣ property, for instant a Cyprus company. This depends at the end of the day all⁢ on the guys you buy the property from.

That all said, it's your company once︀ you registered it and you can do exactly what you want with it. There is︁ no one to ask.

Seems not to difficult to get this sorted out. You just need a nominee director‌ or a good friend who can do this for you 🙂

You can buy property or a vessel with any offshore company. For the latter you‌ most often may look into a BVI company or Seychelles company for such purpose since‍ they have some special conditions which can benefit your activity.

I spoke with a friend of mine who has bought a company in Turkey to‌ buy property in Turkey, as an foreigner it wasn't a problem to do so. He‍ also own a Cyprus company who owns property in Spain and Greece.

Cyprus and if possible Seychelles is the best option. Much better privacy and it's easy‌ to maintain and to incorporate.

You can buy anything in Europe with a European entity, that called free trade applied‌ by the European Commission.
