Can a legal entity be the inheritor ?

Part of my family were royals who's wealth had been taken away by the communists after ww2.
Since they are bit older now and gave up fighting in court to receive the old wealth back is it possible to add a legal entity as the inheritor of these claims via a notorized letter of will ?

It is usually possible to assign a claim to a third party, but you should seek legal advice for your specific case. It is also quite likely that the assignment will be challenged by the opponent, just to make your life harder (especially if the opponent is the state).
