BVI company + SG bank account

Hello,

A few years ago I established a BVI company with a Singaporean bank account. I am now looking to exit this as the venture that this was intended for did not pay off. As such, I was just wondering if it was worth selling or if I should just shut this down. What price would a setup like this fetch?

It's worthless. Shut it down.

You may sell the company to a friend or something that trust you. There wll‌ be too many strings attached selling of your company to some stranger.

You won't be‍ able to sell the company with a bank account since the bank will close the⁠ account if they don't like the profile of the new owner of the company, so⁤ left is the BVI company wich may be worth nothing to most because of the⁣ risk and liabilities there may be in the company.
