When opening a business bank account for a BVI company in the US, can I just register the company in the state where the account is being opened (physically) and get the EIN? No business will be conducted in the state, just the bank account opening itself. The company's purpose is to hold american stocks in a separate brokerage account.

Wonder why your post never got answered, no one know if it's possible to open an account for a BVI company in the US, I believe the answer is no?
