BVI Company for investment in land in Europe and private investments are they good?

I have been looking and reading at the official website for BVI companies http://www.bvifsc.vg/en-gb/divisions/registryofcorporateaffairs.aspx to reasearch if it is possible to use a BVI entity to invest in land and do private investments in stocks and financial instruments.


Do you know if it requires a license or something?

No license is required as long as it's private investments! Only if your going to‌ offer this as some sort of service it will require a financial license.
