Buying a listed shell company

Hello OCT,

Anyone with experience (successful or not) of buying a listed shell company? I am aware of the complexity of executing reverse merger type of deals and related costs, What I would like to see in this thread is if someone was involved in those kind of deals, or if someone know a reliable company capable to sell or advise on buying a listed shell company.
