Business account for UAE FZE at ABC Bank Mauritius

I heard this week that ABC Bank Mauritius opens business account in USD for UAE FZE company.
Any comments on reliability of that info?
Being a cross boarder bank and account holder, any implications on tax/transactions effectiveness?

That comes to an surprise for me but it's good news.

They have been a reliable bank for years.
