There is no requirement to have more than one director and 1 shareholder which can be the same person or a company! Yes it's correct you can regsiter a other offshore company for instant in Seychelles or anywhere else and appoint it to be shareholder, owner and director of the company.


A BVI company does not pay any tax and there is no requirement to file any tax report.
