Hey guy's,

Quick question. Which business books about growing companies from zero to a large organization, especially with resources for the development of each department inside, do you recommend?

I've read some, but they are trash, and I would really like key ones.

Thanks

I recommend a MBA course, to gain some general knowledge.
Then you need trial, error and luck.
Nothing on Amazon is particularly worth reading on this subject. Books like https://a.co/d/jcYeEos are just for entertainment.
I have to agree on the entertainment part. I did read zero to one by peter thiel and
Deep Work by Cal Newport . Both were entertaining yet I guess they are meant for somebody who already has a business. After having two saas products that failed I found out that marketing is the most important thing, it must be done first, and it would be highly desirable to buy ads ,A/B testing before developing the product.

Ugly MVP + PAID pre-launch is a good filter to identify the demand.
I always learn valuable treasure from cxl, reforge, demand curve, working well with both b2b and b2c.

Marketing is everything! Every business is about selling, not developing. You can have the best, most refined, highly developed product in the world, but if you cannot sell it, the business fails.
The opposite happens all the time. Plenty of businesses with mediocre products thrive because they are great at sales. Product quality matters, but sales decide survival.
