Not a very reasonable idea, IMO.
Are you aware of the fact that it can be interpreted as a criminal‍ offense, in many jurisdictions? (I admit that I am not so oriented in Maltese laws⁠ to judge how it would be interpreted there – but it is EU, so I⁤ would be seriously afraid of this.)

My guess, if you are planning to use it for‌ a couple of months and then close it, you should be okay. But if you‍ want to keep it for over a year, better not risk it. And I assume⁠ you are talking about correctly generated TIN number.
