is there some kind of secret intelligence/fiscal law in the u.s. or canada that monitors bitcoin or cryptocurrency activity thus not allowing stolen money from third world countries to flow back via bitcoin back to the united states or canada????????? usually stolen money is converted to bitcoin and usually winds up in some third world country but seldom or never winds up back in a first world nation! why is that? if a hacker who lives in the u.s. or canada traveled to africa and did the hacking from over there and converted the loot to bitcoin, what about sending the money back to the u.s or canada? its the only reason why im asking. rsvp.
