Do you know any vcc service with:
- fast verification without smartphone app
- accept bitcoins as topup method

I can provide scans, selfie etc but I can't accept verification using smartphone app.

AdvCash is so far the best and fastest I have seen also if you need‌ to exchange BTC to FIAT and use a debit card it is a great service.‍
