I am located in Greece. I have an online business selling services only to foreigners (non greeks) and I get payed by paypal.

The revenue is not that big, 500-1200 euros per month.

What would you suggest for my case? Please send initial plan and cost, so we can talk further with details.

Thank you for your interest in our services and the formation of an offshore company.

As I read you a Seychelles company with a Cyprus bank account and Payment processing by 2co would be the best solution that we can provide.

The fee for the Seychelles company and bank account in Cyprus is EUR 1395, you will need to apply for the 2co account at your own.

I just email 2checkout.com and waiting for some info from them.

Let me ask you:

1) What would be the route of the money from Seychelles to me?

2) The funds from 2co will be deposited in Seychelles company bank account, or Cyprus company bank account?

3) May I ask why you selected Cyprus? I do have a personal bank account in Cyprus. Bulgaria is much closer to me and maybe I could go there a open the company bank account myself.

I will go through your questions as per the following:

1. You will need to withdraw the money at any time you want from the companies bank account.

2. It will be in the Cyprus bank account which belongs to the Seychelles company!

3. Because they offer the best privacy and anonymity protection in Europe.

It's up to you to go to a Bulgarian bank and open an account for the Seychelles company, you are free to do so, we can't just not help you with it.

1) So 2co will agree to deposit to a Cyprus or Bulgarian account for a company registered in Seychelles? From what I know, paypal would not do it.

2) I am researching about 2co and I read too many complaints (but the same is true for paypal too). Is there no alternative to 2co?

3) I am aware of the benefits and confidentiality of Cyprus, BEFORE the IMF went there. You still think Cyprus is safe?

4) After the recent haircut in Cyprus banks, now there are no restrictions in exporting funds from Cyprus to Europe?

5) I would also need advice on how to safely bring the money in Greece. I suppose you cannot help with this, but can you recommend somebody in Thessaloniki with know-how in these matters?

1 - 2 I can't help you with, it's not within our business arear.

3.Cyprus is safe, all the major banks are still there in Cyprus and a rock solid.

4. There are no limits, we have clients with millions in their accounts, no issues at all.

5. I can't help you with that at all.

I've been talking with Bank of Cyprus for the last 10 days about this matter. I have already a savings account there. I asked them to open a separate (personal) account where I will receive transfers from paypal or 2co. They finally rejected it. They said that they cannot open such account because they have no way to know the true origin (buyer). And even if they open the account, if they see that too much of the incoming money are from paypal/2co, they willclose it. When I asked if they would open such account for a company (Seychelles, Virgin Islands etc) they replied the same.

I asked them to send me their regulation on this matter.

When I said that some Cyprus consultants (ie you) promise to do it for me, they said that I should ask for guarantees (ie that the account will not close after a few deposits.

May I ask how you get around this problem?

Your mixing things.

What we have discussed are the following:

The formation of a Seychelles company

The opening of a bank account in Cyprus

And 2co.com which we have nothing to do with but which you have contacted for your needs.

The Cyprus bank account will belong to the Seychelles company and 2co will transfer money to the Cyprus bank account to which you have Internet banking and from which you can transfer money as you like. Actually the Cyprus bank account will work like any other bank account with any other bank.

For sure after you approached BOC they will pay attention to this, so we will not go further.

It's one of the most stupid things to get in touch directly with a Cyprus bank, usually you can't open an account with any of them without an introducer, so the information you get by them directly and what we can get is totally different, even if you asked them now, they would deny that!

That said, we never had a single account close yet. And many are using PayPal for their business and 2co and almost all of our clients have a Offshore company.

It's pretty clear to me what it is you want and what you have done, so we can't spend a lot of time by phone to discuss this further.

Unfortunately our fees are based on online handling of orders and enquiries and not by phone. If you need that, I can refer you to another company which will charge you on a hourly basis to guide you through the process, they will charge upfront before they will answer any questions.

That said, I discussed what you send me earlier today with my partners, and we can't believe this is coming from any reliable source i.e. BoC, and don't want to give our position on this specific point.
